To this end, the University has established the Campus Assessment Response and Evaluation (CARE) Team.
CARE is responsible for assessing reports of behavioral health issues on the part of students, and for implementing interventions that are in the best interest of the University and the individual.
CARE is comprised of faculty and staff versed in various aspects of student behaviors

Dr. Harrison Bailey III, Principal of Liberty High School in the Bethlehem Area School District (BASD), has been named Pennsylvania’s 2021 Secondary Principal of the Year by the Pennsylvania Principals Association. As a state winner in the National Association of Secondary School Principals’ (NASSP) Principal of the Year Program, Dr. Bailey will be considered to be named as the National Secondary Principal of the Year. He will be honored by both the PA Principals Association and NASSP at special award ceremonies in the fall. Dr. Bailey earned his Doctor of Education from East Stroudsburg University on Friday, April 30, 2021.

Course Scheduling Preference for Veteran Students
Veterans receiving “course scheduling preference” will be assigned the first registration date and time within their respective class level: graduate, post-baccalaureate or undergraduate.
Students, who have identified themselves as being veterans, as defined below, will automatically receive a priority registration PIN. Students who believe they are veterans as defined above and who have not yet identified themselves as such should submit a DD214, to the Assistant Director of Veterans Services and Records, located in Zimbar Hall, Room 160.
