North East Lincolnshire Council has outlined its vision to build a brighter future to encourage people to live and work in the region.
The redevelopment of the Grimsby West Strategic Link Road and associated housing development - mentioned in the Local Plan of 2018 - will be pivotal for development and growth in the region, says the council.
