GREENEVILLE, Tenn. Greeneville police are investigating the circumstances that led to the discovery Wednesday morning of a woman found bound and gagged in a sleeping bag behind a couch outside a home.
According to a police report, Dillon Carloss went to a home on Frazier Street in Greeneville about 6 a.m. to return a dog. When he arrived he stated he heard odd sounds coming from behind a couch outside the home in the front of the property. When he looked he observed the female victim bound and gagged in a sleeping bag, Greeneville Police Department report states.

SANDERSVILLE, Ga. Seven people have been arrested after a woman was shot in the parking lot of a Sandersville Waffle House on Mother’s Day.
That s according to a post on the Sandersville Police Department s Facebook page. On Sunday, police responded to the Waffle House on East Church Street around 3 a.m. 20-year-old Kayiah Faulkner was hit by crossfire and airlifted to a hospital in Augusta.
Two-vehicle crash
LOCK HAVEN Lock Haven City Police reported a two-vehicle crash that took place on May 6.
According to police, the crash took place at the intersection of East Water Street and North Grove Street in Lock Haven. Police say that Michael Ferraro, 29, of Linden, was traveling west on East Water Street and failed to stop for a red light. Ferraro’s vehicle struck a recycling truck that was traveling North on North Grove Street. That vehicle was being operated by Jarred Dincher, 35, of Linden.
Ferraro was cited for failing to stop at a steady red signal. The crash took place at 9:14 a.m.
