Founded in 1990, we provide affordable, attractive homes and free on-site support services for thousands of families, veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. We offer an innovative, proven model that empowers our residents and neighbors to achieve educational success, financial stability, and healthier lifestyles. We own and operate 25 communities all over Austin and in North Texas.
Job Summary
Free Minds is a program of FC’s College Hub. The mission of the College Hub Austin’s first college support center for low-income, nontraditional students is to empower those who face barriers to higher education so that all students in Central Texas have the tools to realize their goals, from application to graduation.

CitySpace series to conclude with virtual event
EASTHAMPTON The fourth and final evening of CitySpace Presents virtual series will take place Sunday, April 18, and will feature area actors performing some of western Massachusetts’s esteemed literary figures’ writings.
“Restoring Community: Valley Writers Inspiring Theatre,” is a virtual event featuring actors Phanésia Pharel, Annelise Lawson, Tony Aidan Vo, and Austin Jones. The performances will highlight the work of authors Ocean Vuong, Charlise Lyles, Emily Dickinson and David Foster Wallace.

KINGSTON, R.I. – April 7, 2021 – Jeannette E. Riley, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University Rhode Island, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities. Riley joins four other new members on the 19-member board. Their terms began April 1.
“These leaders bring experience in strategic storytelling and branding, higher education, finance, and business development,” the humanities council said in its April 6 press release announcing the new members. “Each is deeply involved in communities across Rhode Island.”
