NFL Star Myles Garrett Looks More Jacked Than Ever in a Shirtless Training Video
The Cleveland Browns defensive end just shared a look at his light circuit workout on Instagram. May 12, 2021
Myles Garrett is one big dude. The Cleveland Browns defensive end even became the subject of a meme earlier this month, when he arrived on stage to announce the team s third-round pick on draft night wearing a suit that was so tight-fitting around his enormous biceps looked like it would give way, Incredible Hulk-style, if he were to move his shoulders the wrong way.
Now the two-time Pro Bowler is sharing a workout with fans. In a training video shared on Instagram this week, Garrett performs a light circuit workout using just a kettlebell and takes the opportunity to show off his massive chest and arms at the same time.
One storyline to watch
The AFC North could be decided by Cleveland’s back-to-back tilts against the Ravens, coming on Nov. 28, then Dec. 12. The Browns will have the added advantage of a bye week in between to game plan Baltimore and make any necessary adjustments to slow quarterback Lamar Jackson. Split those meetings, and Cleveland could be in position to win its first division title since 1989. Sweep the Ravens, and the Browns will be in the driver’s seat.
What Vegas thinks
The oddsmakers have the Browns win total at 10. Cleveland has a rather difficult slate, which includes the rugged AFC North, plus road trips against at least five other (Kansas City, Minnesota, Los Angeles Rams, New England, Green Bay) playoff-caliber opponents. The Browns will need to win a couple of those to have a decent shot of hitting the over.
Devin Jordan s Guys With Ties program
Devin Jordan, president of his non-profit foundation Beyond the Game, spearheads the Guys with Ties program at Middlebranch, Avondale, Taft, Gibbs and Fairless elementary schools. Only Gibbs and Fairless have a Girls with Pearls program. It s awesome, said Bryant, a fourth-round 2020 draft pick for the Browns. It s great to see the kids.
Bryant met Jordan, a former Ohio State Buckeye and standout for the Tiger football team, last year when he was enlisted to help train the Browns rookie.
During their time together, Jordan told Bryant about the program. I thought it was an awesome program and I was ecstatic to come out and see the kids, Bryant said. It s been a lot of fun.
The Las Vegas Raiders offseason has drawn widespread criticism and even confused some NFL analysts. I don t understand anything the Raiders are doing, ESPN s Dan Graziano tweeted March 18.
By the time Graziano made that comment, the Raiders had traded right tackle Trent Brown, center Rodney Hudson, guard Gabe Jackson and signed running back Kenyan Drake to a two-year, $11 million deal.
Head coach Jon Gruden broke up what many viewed to be the team s strongest unit in the offensive line and then invested a relatively significant amount of money in a position that also appeared in good shape with 2019 first-round pick Josh Jacobs already in the backfield.
