LOCK HAVEN Participants of Leadership Clinton County had the opportunity to learn about the process of economic development by meeting with those who play a huge part in that process.
Representatives included Mike Flanagan with the Clinton County Economic Partnership, Betsy Lockwood with SEDA-Council of Governments, Tracie Witter with PPL Electric Utilities, and Dorie Gilmore with PA CareerLink, who all gave an in-depth description of their involvement with economic development in Clinton County.

LOCK HAVEN Leadership Clinton County held a virtual session to educate its participants on Clinton County’s law enforcement agencies and the judicial system.
Participants had the opportunity to meet with staff from the District Attorney’s office to better understand the services they provide for Clinton County. Participants also met with Magisterial District Judge Keith Kibler, Sheriff Kerry Stover, Chief of Police Kristin Smith, and Chief Probation Officer Jason Foltz who explained the different judicial systems in Clinton County and how our local law enforcement agencies work together to keep Clinton County safe.
