In October, Harrington introduced an incubator program that provides operational support to black entrepreneurs in the cannabis space. The program is poised to create over 10,000 jobs and generate hundreds of new business owners. Some black-market brands have a massive following, but they just don t have the wherewithal to get licensed, as they can t get through the regulations, Harrington said.
By utilizing Viola s licenses and resources, the newly created black-owned cannabis brands are poised to debut on the legal market after facing a lack of access to capital and economic racism.
Attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn spoke out on Monday, seeking criminal charges against rapper T.I. and his wife, Tiny for alleged sexual abuse and assault against several women. Blackburn detailed some of the allegations in a media video conference, telling reporters he requested authorities in California and Georgia open investigations on behalf of 11 total alleged victims of the couple (real names Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. and Tameka Dianne Harris).
The alleged incidents span 2005 to 2018, and include sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, false imprisonment, intimidation, assault and harassment. Blackburn shared some of the (unnamed) victims’ graphic accusations, most of which revolved around being drugged and then sexually assaulted.

LOS ANGELES, CA A lawyer representing 11 people accusing rapper T.I., his wife Tameka Tiny Harris and others of drugging and victimizing them said Monday he has written to state and federal prosecutors in Los Angeles and in Georgia asking for an investigation.
Attorney Tyrone Blackburn, speaking at a virtual news conference from Atlanta, alleged that his clients suffered forced drugging, kidnapping, rape and intimidation in at least two states, including California and Georgia, at the hands of T.I. whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. and Harris, plus their associates.
