Bath Street: Plans for major new Glasgow student accomodation

Student accommodation provider iQSA are seeking planning permission for a 560 bedrooms complex at 225 Bath Street.  It would be opposite purpose-built student accommodation Elgin Place, which is also run by iQ Student Accommodation.  The new building would be modeled based on the success of 324-bed Elgin Place.  (Images: iQSA) A design statement submitted to Glasgow City Council claims the development will contribute positively to the regeneration of Bath Street and beyond .
