Las Vegas Case Dismissed For Santa Clarita Realtor Accused Of Sexual Assault
The Las Vegas court case against a Santa Clarita realtor accused of sexual assault was dismissed Thursday, according to court records.
On Thursday, a Clark County Court judge dismissed the sexual assault charges brought against Mike Bjorkman, a realtor from Santa Clarita, according to court records.
Bjorkman’s attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfield, reported Thursday that the case settled State of Nevada v. Michael Bjorkman was dismissed by the District Attorney’s office in court and his bond was “fully exonerated.”
“After an extensive defense investigation, a presentation was made to law enforcement which led to the dismissal,” read a Thursday statement from the defense team. “The case exemplifies why the media and the public should not rush to judgement.”
