Quietly, just before Christmas, Joel Genier of JL Genier Holdings Inc made a huge donation to the Cochrane Food Bank.
“It is a gesture, it was the holidays. A lot of people are having a hard time so if I can help out some families in need I will,” said Genier. “It is a small community, it is different in the big city. There is a different feel here.”
