Ninety One touts ESG credentials with new manager hire

Global investment manager Ninety One has appointed a new portfolio manager in the thematic equity team within multi-asset.
Stephanie Niven will lead the firm’s development of its global sustainable equity offering.
Niven brings 16 years of industry experience with her. She previously worked for Aviva Investors, where she co-managed the global equity endurance fund.
Giles Parkinson will continue to manage Aviva Investors’ global equity endurance fund on a sole basis.
Before joining Aviva, she worked for a period of 6 years at Tesco Pension Investments as a global equity portfolio manager.

Ninety One has hired former Aviva Investors fund manager Stephanie Niven, who joins as a portfolio manager within the thematic part of its multi-asset unit.
Prior to Aviva, Niven was at Tesco Pension Investments for six years where she worked as a global equity portfolio manager. It is understood Niven formally joined Ninety One in February, shortly after her departure from Aviva.
