CHERRY LOG, Ga. – The GBI has announced the seizure of two vehicles in relation to the murder of Rossana Delgado alongside an arrest.
“A white Ford F150 and white Buick Regal belonging to two of the five suspects in the murder of Rossana Delgado and Delgado’s red Ford Focus have been recovered. All three vehicles are being processed for evidence in this investigation,” said the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).

In the same press release announcing the seizure of the vehicles, they also announced the arrest of Calvin Harvard, 28, of Covington, Georgia. Charged with tampering with evidence and theft by receiving stolen property, the GBI states that additional arrests are anticipated.

BLUE RIDGE, Ga -Kennesaw man Brandon Nunnelley gave chase to Gilmer County deputies after allegedly executed a bank robbery in Fannin County.
In the warrant issued by Fannin’s Magistrate Judge Brian Jones, it named Nunnelley as the suspect in a bank robbery that occurred at BB&T on the morning of April 29. Nunnelley allegedly intimidated a teller into handing over approximately $2,200 in cash.
Gilmer County deputies spotted a car matching that description heading south on Hwy. 515. The vehicle initiated a high-speed chase after law enforcement tried to stop it. Gilmer deputies followed the car into Pickens County where it turned north on Old Hwy. 5 at Ga 136 connector. After reaching a safe location, law enforcement pulled a pit maneuver to stop the suspect’s vehicle. The maneuver was executed along Ellijay Road and Muscadine Trail. The area is shut down at this

Rossana Delgado, 37, was found dead at a home in Cherry Log, Georgia, last week, the GBI says.
Atlanta (CNN)The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has issued murder warrants for four suspects in connection with the death of 37-year-old Rossana Delgado, who was reported missing earlier this month.
In a news release Saturday, the GBI identified those wanted in connection with Delgado s murder as Megan Alyssa Colone, 30, who may be traveling with her minor children under the alias Grace Beda; Juan Ayala-Rodriguez, 35; Oscar Manuel Garcia, 26; and Mario Alberto Barbosa-Juarez, 29.
