Residents at Brook Court care home in Kidderminster during the exercise challenge for Age UK A CARE home in Kidderminster is hoping to be recognised as the most active in the region after residents and staff clocked up more than 100 work-out hours in five weeks. Brook Court joined the nationwide Minute Your Moves initiative, organised be Age UK, and racked up more than 6,200 minutes by taking part in balloon volleyball, dancing and regular walks.
