€382,000 for road reconstruction works on Old Kenmare Road near Muckross

Share this article Road improvement works costing €382,000 are to begin next week on the access route to the Old Kenmare Road in Killarney National Park. The road from the N71 junction, near Torc Waterfall and the upper car park in Torc, will be closed for two months from May 17th to July 12th to facilitate the work. Pedestrians and cyclists will still be able to access the Old Kenmare Road and Torc Mountain through the existing trail network by Torc Waterfall.
