VANCOUVER - The B.C. Lions have signed offensive lineman Joel Figueroa to a contract extension.
The six-foot-six, 320-pound Figueroa started 34 games â primarily at left tackle â with the Lions over the 2018 and 2019 seasons and was named the teamâs nominee for CFL most outstanding lineman both years.

Williams-Lambert signs extension with Riders
The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed American receiver Jordan Williams-Lambert to a one-year contract extension Wednesday. Williams-Lambert will return to the Roughriders after playing in three games in 2019, finishing with five receptions for 57 yards.

Williams-Lambert will return to the Roughriders after playing in three games in 2019, finishing with five receptions for 57 yards.
The 26-year-old was named West Division Most Outstanding Rookie in 2018 when he finished with 62 receptions for 764 yards and four touchdowns. He signed a deal south of the border with the Chicago Bears following the 2018 season.

Mackenzie Rolf doesn’t usually bring jumper cables to choir class.
But when you’ve been holding choir practice from cars parked in the Chemeketa Community College parking lot, it comes in handy, especially when a member’s car died during a recent rehearsal.
It’s an occupational hazard of car choir, music director Kerry Burtis’ answer to the challenge of running a performance music class during a pandemic.
