A woman has been accused of setting fire to the home of a suspected child sex offender in Australia.
South Australia Police confirmed that a 48-year-old was charged with arson following the blaze at a house in the Christie Downs suburb of Adelaide on December 16.
Police and the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service were called to the address at about 8:45 p.m. following reports of a fire.
Video from the scene showed neighbors attempting to put out the flames with hosepipes while the 78-year-old male occupant of the home was inside.
