The second fatal crash occurred early Saturday at about 1:42 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Randol Mill Road.
A car was drive west when the driver lost control, left the road, drove over a curb and struck a tree on the north side of the road, police said.
The top and passenger side of the vehicle were significantly damaged and three of the four people in the car died at the scene, police said.
The driver, a 26-year-old man, was hospitalized with injuries thought to be life-threatening.

Four people are confirmed dead and two injured in two overnight car crashes in Arlington, police said.
The second crash happened about 1:40 a.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of East Randol Mill Road, near AT&T Stadium. A car was speeding west when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The car went over a curb and struck a tree, causing significant damage to the top and passenger side of the car, police said.
22-year-old charged with intoxication manslaughter for crash that killed passenger

ARLINGTON, Texas - A 22-year-old has been arrested for intoxication manslaughter in a crash that resulted in the death of a passenger.
The crash happened just before 10:30 p.m. on Friday, in the 3300 block of E. Pioneer Parkway.
Responding officers found an injured 20-year-old woman, who was later pronounced at the scene. Her name has not yet been released.
Investigators determined that the driver of a pickup truck, identified as Cristian Vazquez, was westbound on Pioneer Parkway, when Vazquez lost control of the truck.
The truck, which was occupied by Vazquez and the 20-year-old passenger, left the roadway and hit a tree in the median, causing the truck to roll over.
