Cramps but no period could be caused by normal ovulation pain or an ovarian cyst.
If you suspect you may be pregnant, abdominal cramps could also be caused by an ectopic pregnancy, a miscarriage, or pregnancy itself.

pregnancy happens when a woman doesn t realize she s pregnant until she s at least halfway through her pregnancy.
Most women with cryptic pregnancies discover they re pregnant after week 20. This happens in about 1 in every 475 pregnancies.
While it may be hard to imagine, there are many reasons why cryptic pregnancies can happen including lack of pregnancy symptoms, irregular periods before pregnancy, and an inaccurate pregnancy test.
