Let’s talk about where we are right now. We have been dealing with the pandemic for an entire year. You might not be OK, and that’s OK. Many people are currently struggling with several issues.
Those who are working remotely or schooling from home are probably not getting enough exercise because they are tied to a computer. It’s hard on your body to sit all day, but it’s also difficult to fit in physical activity when you can’t leave your desk.
