A Cornwall-based housing group has appointed a new chair of its board - as well as new members to its subsidiary boards and committees. Ocean Housing Group, a St Austell-based group of companies that runs homes all over Cornwall, has announced that Jonathan Adlington has been named chair of the Ocean Housing Group Board, having previously been the chair of the Gilbert & Goode Board since November 2016. He has taken over from Debbie Wilshire, who was in the post since January 2018. As a retired senior partner of law firm Trowers & Hamlins, and a previous member of the Regulation Committee of the Homes and Communities Agency, Jonathan has a wealth of experience in commercial property and social housing.
“For breakfast, I was having four or five muffins,” said the actor while on his wife Jada PInkett Smith’s talk show,
Red Table Talk, per
Insider. “‘Then for lunch, I would have a Moscow mule. I had a little vodka and that was pretty much my routine for the 10 days.”
“I had gotten up to 225 pounds and it was the most I had ever weighed in my entire life.”
Smith, who was once named one of the most handsome men in the world, said the weight gain was a result of being on vacation. He goes on to say a strict diet helped him lose weight and he no longer needed the blood pressure medication he was on for 10 years.
MORE than a dozen Tommy figures will be on show at a developer s sites across Somerset ahead of VE Day on Saturday (May 8). Barratt David Wilson Homes, a corporate patron of the Royal British Legion s Tommy Club which supports armed forces veterans, is displaying the figures in its show gardens. Former Royal Engineer Chris Spencer, who will be managing the construction of the Blackdown Heights development in Crimchard, outside Chard, said it s a great honour to be installing the figures. Mr Spencer served for 11 years in the RE s counter IED taskforce, including in Iraq and Afghanistan, and began working for Barratt Homes five years ago under the company s Armed Forces Transition Programme.

Will Smith is a lean and fit movie star, but much like the rest of America, he packed on some pounds during quarantine. He bared his dad bod in a recent Instagram post, saying it was time to get in the best shape of his life.
Will is also using his social media as a call to action for other dads, encouraging them to post a now pic and then another one in 12 weeks. He s calling it the #BigWillieChallenge. Several of his friends, including Marlon Waylons and Chris Spencer, have jumped in on the challenge.
I kind of have an appreciation for dad bods, but there s absolutely nothing wrong with getting in shape and feeling your best. Go dads!
