Chris Forsyth is a guitarist and songwriter who releases music as a solo artist and also as the leader of the Solar Motel Band. He compares his music to that of the late, great John Fahey, but instead of synthesizing the blues down to its most prime elements, Chris does that with rock and roll. Chris’s songs find room for improvisation without sacrificing melody. He’s also a huge Mets fan, and we talk about both of those parts of his life on today’s episode.
