The newly-engaged couple, aged 42 and 32, appeared on the episode for a joint interview where Katie also reflected on her life-changing stint at The Priory before the first lockdown in 2020 after everything got to her .
During the interview, Katie, who already has five children, and Carl also revealed that they are trying for a baby together with the duo hoping to have one or two kids.
