LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. â A longtime Lake of the Ozarks waterfront restaurant is changing hands, with an iconic Boonville restaurant taking the helm. Maggieâs Bar & Grill in Boonville recently purchased Frogs Bar & Grill, on the 8 Mile Marker on the Gravois Arm, or at 15251 Fleener Drive, Gravois Mills, by land.
It might very well be the perfect time for the change, with the new Ozark International Raceway opening nearby, during next tourist season in Gravois Mills.
Frogâs, whose tagline is âThe Hoppiest Place on Lake of the Ozarks,â has been for sale since May 2020, but provided one more season of dive bar fun in 2020 with their ever popular dockside tacos and margaritas. The new name will lean into the new owner s Boonville success, dubbed Maggieâs on the Lake.
