A man who sued police for almost $125,000 is facing up to 10 years behind bars after a jury found him guilty of perjury.
Bernard Nash was followed from the Shelly Beach Golf Club on the NSW Central Coast in 2011 and stopped in his driveway for a random breath test.
He refused and was charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest but was acquitted in court.

He was awarded a payout when he sued police for wrongful arrest, assault, and malicious prosecution in 2015, ending the arresting officer s career.
But a whistleblower then came forward alerting police to the fact the CCTV relied on had been doctored.
