North Texan Convicted Of Sexually Abusing Child For 12 Years, Sentenced To 41 Years In Prison Without Parole Syndicated Local – CBS Dallas / Fort Worth
McKINNEY, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A Wylie man was sentenced to 41 years in prison for continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Baltazar Aguilar, 43, will not be eligible for parole, Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis said.
“Twelve years of this horrific abuse perpetrated on a child sickens us all. The secret finally came out and now this predator will face the consequences for the next 41 years,” said Willis after sentencing.
Aguilar had access to the child through a relationship with the child’s family.
A Wylie man was recently convicted of multiple charges after he sexually abused a child over about 12 years, the Collin County district attorney’s office.

A Dallas man has been sentenced to life in prison for assaulting his girlfriend for hours in September 2018.
Allen police had accused Jeremy Alan Andrews, 41, of repeatedly punching and choking the woman at her apartment. She suffered rib fractures and multiple other injuries in the attack, which stretched over three hours, according to the Collin County district attorney’s office.
A jury found Andrews, who was arrested in April 2019, guilty of family-violence assault by strangulation. He will serve a concurrent 20-year sentence for committing the crime while he had a prior conviction.
