La-Z-Boy Signs Long-Term Renewable Energy Deal
MONROE, Mich., April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE: LZB), a global leader in residential furniture, has finalized a 10-year resource-backed virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA), extending through the end of 2030, with AEP Energy Partners, a competitive energy subsidiary of American Electric Power (Nasdaq: AEP). FENNVILLE, MI- Almost 10 years in the making, the very first beer from Virtue Cider is about to be released. Inspired by both Scandinavia and Michigan, Vestland, a Nordic-inspired lager that celebrates simplicity, and the next step for this popular cidery.
“Beer has been in the background for me for the last 10 years while I focus on cider,” said Virtue Cider owner and head brewer Greg Hall. He founded Virtue in 2011, after leaving his position as brewmaster at Goose Island Beer Company, which he had held for over 20 years.
