Chippenham: Idowu Sholanke of Noble D Ltd, 39 Liskeard Way, Freshbrook in Swindon has had prior approval for a change of use bid knocked back. Mr Sholanke had applied to Wiltshire Council for a change of use of offices at 1 Langley Road into a home.
