He failed to pay a £400 fixed penalty notice so was hauled before the courts to face justice
A man was caught on CCTV dumping a washing machine in a Grimsby car park.
Video footage from the Garibaldi Street car park cameras shows Anton Zenobiu, 36, of Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, pulling in with a washing machine in the back of his Toyota Rav4.
Zenobiu and another man are seen climbing out of the car and walking to the boot. The washing machine is left behind near a bank of recycling bins as they drive away.

Also in court was a man who stole more than £350 from the manager of the Seven Seas in Grimsby.

People are urging planners to get the new Suggitt s Lane footbridge open to bring an end to
Designs for the £3.6m footbridge have been submitted to North East Lincolnshire Council as part of a planning application to finally get the bridge constructed after years of campaigning.
If approved, the bridge will stand at just under five metres in height and include ramps for disabled users and people with pushchairs.
Kayne Delee has injured eight hours of surgery since being hit by a car on April 28
Kayne Delee is being treated in Sheffield Children’s Hospital after the incident last Wednesday (April 28).
The 12-year-old was hit by a car as he crossed Grimsby Road in the town at around 9.50pm. The car didn’t stop at the scene.
Family friend Michelle Clarke said the whole community had been left ‘shocked and saddened’ by the incident.
She described Kayne as a ‘bright, thoughtful and lovely young man who has his whole life ahead of him’ and, with his mum Angie’s permission, has set up a fund to help his recovery.
