Julio Nuno was arrested on firearm possession charges and for participation in a criminal street gang.
On April 2, the Department of Justice alerted the Sheriff’s Office of DNA profiles from the shooting evidence.
On April 6, Jorden McDaniel, 19, of Yuba City, Dominick Sanchez, 19, of Marysville and Julio Nuno, 21, of Yuba City were arrested on firearm possession charges and for participation in a criminal street gang.
After the Department of Justice checked further DNA samples, it linked both McDaniel and Sanchez to the shooting evidence. McDaniel and Sanchez were booked on additional charges of homicide.
A firearm was found on April 6 and is believed to be involved in the drive-by.

YUBA CITY, Calif. Two men are dead and three others were wounded after a drive-by shooting at a house party in Yuba City Saturday night.
The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that Yuba City Police officers responded to a shooting in the 1400 block of Countryside Drive and Littlejohn Drive around 8:22 p.m.on Saturday. There had been a party in the backyard when the shooter pulled up and opened fire, according to the Sheriff s office.

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – The man who barricaded himself inside a Fleming Island home after crashing into its garage Sunday morning has taken his own life, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
A SWAT team worked for several hours to negotiate with the driver, who refused to come out of the house, Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook said.

FLEMING ISLAND, Fla. An hours-long SWAT standoff has ended with a man fatally shooting himself inside the home he was barricaded in, according to the Clay County Sheriff s Office.
CCSO said they found the man dead with a gunshot wound inside the bathroom of the home Sunday evening.
Earlier Sunday morning, the CCSO received a number of calls about a burglary. Later, responding deputies found a car had crashed into the garage of a home in the 2600 block of Country Side Drive.
