Stirling Council will be deploying mobile Covid-19 testing centres in Plean and Cowie this week. Anyone who lives and works in these communities is being asked to get tested at these sites - even if they have no symptoms of Covid-19. Dr Graham Foster, Director of Public Health, NHS Forth Valley, said: “We have seen an increase in the number of positive cases in Plean and Cowie over the last few weeks and evidence of spread within the community and local households. “I would therefore encourage local people to get tested even if they currently feel well as there is evidence that some people can have Covid-19 without displaying any of the common symptoms.”
