Jason Paul Muller, 51, died in his Maryport home on January 28, 2021. The roofer s death was a result of an accidental overdose of a combination of various medication and substances , said area coroner Kirsty Gomersal. Mr Muller, of Ellenborough Place, had been with his wife, Tracy, for 34 years, and had four children and five grandchildren. Ms Gomersal said to his wife, mother and children, who were at the inquest held in Cockermouth: My heart goes out to you. He was very valued and much loved. It was a tragic death. The inquest heard that Mr Muller had been born in Gloucestershire but moved to Maryport when he was 13.
