[Reporter s Notebook] Telecom operators should maintain commitment to core biz Posted : 2021-07-02 09:11 By Kim Bo-eun Korea became the first country to commercialize 5G services in 2019, and is known globally for its high-speed internet. Yet the country s three major telecom firms are now facing a class action suit for subpar 5G services. Koo, however, is assessed to be taking Korea s fourth largest group on a stable trajectory for future growth, taking unexpectedly bold measures for LG, long known for its conservative, stability-seeking culture.
