Before the sentence came down against Brandon Clark who pleaded guilty to Devins murder her younger sister Olivia, her mother Kim and grandfather, Frank Williams, each provided victim impact statements. Olivia Devins, who is now 17 years old the same age Bianca was at the time of her death spoke of the frequent nightmares she suffers, her inability to trust meeting new people and of being forced to delete her social media accounts after continually being re-sent photos Clark had posted online of Bianca s body after the murder.

Man Who Murdered Teen Girl, Posted Photos Of Dead Body Online Sentenced To Prison

Updated 4 days ago Brandon Clark pleaded guilty to the July 2019 killing of 17-year-old Bianca Devins. A New York man who cut a 17-year-old girl’s throat in July 2019 and posted photos of the murder online in real time was sentenced Tuesday to 25 years to life in prison. Brandon Clark, 22, pleaded guilty in February 2020 to the second-degree murder of Bianca Devins. Clark documented her slaying as it was unfolding, and photos of Devins’ dead body went viral on social media at the time. Three members of Devins’ family read emotional impact statements during the sentencing hearing at Oneida County Courthouse in Utica, describing the void her death left in their lives.

Brandon Clark sentenced for murder of Utica NY teen Bianca Devins

Observer-Dispatch After nearly two years since her death, the Bridgeport man who was convicted and pleaded guilty to the stabbing death of Utica teen Bianca Devins and later unsuccessfully attempted to withdraw that plea  was sentenced Tuesday morning in Oneida County Court to 25 years to life in state prison. Brandon Clark, 23, pleaded guilty last February to the second-degree murder of 17-year-old Devins in July 2019 in East Utica while on their way back from a concert. Speaking before Clark’s sentencing, prosecutor Sarah DeMellier said Clark not only researched and planned Devins’ murder, but also recorded and posted footage online. We saw her fight desperately for her life.  DeMellier said. There was no way she could have seen it coming.
