New Delhi, Feb 13 : To prepare for psychological firepower with her opponents, Olympic Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu will be training at the Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad from Tuesday, after moving out of the city’s Pullela Gopichand Academy, says her father.
PV Ramana, a former international volleyball player, clarified that a change in the training venue is only for psychological reasons as Gachibowli Stadium provides that feeling of playing at a world class venue, and not because of any disagreement with Gopichand.
“She hasn’t split with Gopichand, but wants to train in an ambience that gives her a feel as if she is training in an Olympic arena. The change of venue is with the approval of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and in coordination with the Badminton Association of India (BAI),” Ramana, an Arjuna Award winner, told IANS.

Catholic priests in South Korea continue to offer psychological and spiritual healing to patients in hospitals including those operated by the Church amid great difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic, a church official says.
In the Archdiocese of Seoul, priests and religious people have been visiting patients at 29 church-run hospitals and clinics despite those being initially closed to all forms of religious services since South Korea recorded its first Covid-19 case on Jan. 20 last year, said Father Kim Ji-hyung, chairman of Seoul Archdiocese s hospital pastoral committee.
Recently, it has been found out that one out of four people in their 20s and 30s choose not to marry and voluntarily stay unmarried.
According to a December 2020 survey conducted on 1,025 unmarried men and women in their 20s and 30s by Job Korea and Albamon.com, a job searching site, 24.8% said they wouldn t get married. However, the reasons for not getting married were slightly different for different people.

I decided to be single because it s even difficult to live by myself. If I was married, my wife and I would both need to work unless I make enough money. Then, it would be difficult to raise children and work at the same time.
SEOUL (BLOOMBERG) - As the Covid-19 pandemic hit Seoul with full force last winter, mime and circus artist Kim Chan-su started his two-job life - as a courier and a circus clown.
When not juggling on stage, he delivers meals and drinks from fried chicken to coffee in his Hyundai Tucson SUV, starting at noon and often finishing past midnight.
Even with two jobs, the 24-year veteran of circus shows still earns a lot less than what he used to make from a single occupation before the pandemic.
In a peak month, he earned 4.5 million won (S$5,509) from delivery. Even that was halved in October as competition grew in the delivery business while circus shows was not fully back.
