Una inscripción posiblemente relacionada con el Libro de los Jueces (uno de los más antiguos de la Biblia) fue encontrada durante las excavaciones en el
sitio arqueológico de
Khirbat er-Ra i en el centro de Israel, así lo dieron a conocer el pasado lunes la Autoridad de Antigüedades del país (IAA, por su acrónimo en inglés).
Se trata de un fragmento de una vasija que data aproximadamente del 1100 aC con el nombre de Yerubaal pintado en tinta roja. Dada la naturaleza personal del recipiente, que podría contener líquidos valiosos como aceites o perfumes, los arqueólogos creen que la inscripción corresponde al nombre de su antiguo propietario.
