Just because we wonât see Cain in every episode doesnât mean he canât still âbeâ at Chastain all the time. It is quite easy to say heâs just in surgery or busy elsewhere and simply not show him. He can even have Dr. Billie Sutton (Jessica Lucas) step in for him because heâs busy elsewhere. After all, he may have been somewhat redeemed, but heâs still Cain.
