Two injured in Cass County crash Cass County Sheriffs and last updated 2021-02-22 21:11:17-05 CASS COUNTY, Mich. — Cass County Sheriffs report Peggy Raschke and Samantha Butler crashed into each other at a cross-section. Raschke struck Butler’s vehicle, resulting in injuries for Butler’s two children. Fortunately, the two kids were transported to South Bend Memorial Hospital via ambulance where their non-life threatening injuries were treated. The Howard Township Fire Department, Pride Care, SMACUS Ambulance, and Edwardsburg Ambulance assisted the Sheriff s Office at the crash scene. Still under investigation, alcohol/drugs have been ruled out as a factor in the crash.
