ARRESTS A 62-year-old man was arrested at 1:58 a.m. Monday, April 12, for driving while intoxicated with controlled substances during a traffic stop on Highway 371 at Excelsior Road.
A 50-year-old man was arrested at 1 p.m. Saturday on a warrant following information that he was with his children and they were scared. The children were returned to the complainant.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 12:21 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct after a report of a male yelling at staff at Menards, 15236 Dellwood Drive.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested at 10:24 p.m. April 9 for a DWI-controlled substance during a traffic stop on Excelsior Road at Highway 371.

DISTURBANCES Report at 9:05 p.m. Monday, April 12, of a domestic disturbance on the 2700 block of Oak Street.
Report at 11:05 a.m. Monday of a domestic disturbance on the 1200 block of Maple Street. Police are preparing criminal charges for felony drug possession to forward to the city prosecutor s office.
Report at 6:32 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 600 block of 13th Street Southeast.
Report at 12:39 p.m. Saturday of a male yelling on the 800 block of Fir Street. He was upset over a vehicle parked in front of his residence. Officers mediated the situation and all was calm.

DISTURBANCES Report at 11:39 p.m. April 5 of a group of males in the parking lot on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive yelling and appearing to be brewing up a fight. Upon arrival, the males admitted to yelling and having a conflict, but no assault occurred.
Report at 7:05 a.m. April 5 of a verbal domestic dispute on the 15000 block of Garrett Lane, Brainerd. A female was upset and stated she didn’t need any help and took off in a vehicle.
Report at 7:39 p.m. April 4 of a person acting violent and yelling on the 14000 block of Grand Oaks Drive. The callers were unable to articulate any elements of a crime, other than the person was upset. Officers made contact and the person stated he was upset he was locked out of his apartment.
