Jesse Lingard insists the main motivation behind his loan move to West Ham is simply to enjoy playing regular football again.
The 28-year-old midfielder left Manchester United on-loan in the January transfer window as he teamed up with David Moyes for the remainder of the season.
Lingard made his Hammers debut with two goals against Aston Villa on Wednesday in what was his first Premier League appearance of the entire campaign.
Cr Burnett referenced the letter he issued to Mr Morrison in person during the Prime Minister’s latest visit to Gladstone a fortnight ago.
“He’s obviously heard the concerns of our last letter which was the risk of community transmission, the shutdown of our major industries and the lack of medical facilities in our region.”
Cr Burnett also reacted to news there were COVID-19 traces found in sewerage at Yeppoon on Thursday afternoon.
“That could be shedding of someone who has been overseas, been quarantined for 14 days, been given a negative test result and it is still shedding,” he said.

Marcus Rashford says online racist abuse shows “humanity at its worst” after he became the latest Premier League star to be targeted.
The Manchester United forward was attacked after his side’s goalless draw against Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday, which left them three points behind leaders Manchester City.
“Humanity and social media at its worst,” Rashford tweeted. “Yes I’m a black man and I live every day proud that I am.
“No one, or no one comment, is going to make me feel any different. So sorry if you were looking for a strong reaction, you’re just simply not going to get it here.”
