CALICO ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) - An Arkansas man faces a felony sex charge after investigators say his young victim wrote about the alleged crime in her diary.
Izard County sheriffâs deputies arrested 19-year-old Ryan Fay Grunewald of Flippin on suspicion of second-degree sexual assault.
According to a news release, the victim reported the alleged crime took place at a home near Calico Rock.
The Yelcot Telephone Company is reporting that it is working to restore a service-affecting event that occurred around noon Friday.
A fiber cable near Greenbriar that is owned by another telephone company has been cut, affecting phone, long distance, fax and cell phone calls to and from Yelcot customers in the Mountain Home, Calico Rock and Melbourne areas.
Crews are currently en route to the site to begin repairs and complete service will be restored as soon as possible, Yelcot says.
