A driver says a woman followed him for more than 30 miles over about 45 minutes in Southwest Florida across county lines.
Hendry County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elisia Hato, 44, for a road rage incident with another driver Wednesday.
The victim told deputies it began at the intersection with Fowler Street and Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers and ended over in LaBelle.
According to the HCSO report, deputies say it all started because the suspect did not think the victim moved over fast enough when an ambulance passed by.

The City of Fort Myers confirms there was a water main break west of I-75 in Fort Myers Monday morning. It continues to affect several businesses and communities in the area.
According to the City, crews with the public works department are in the process of repairing a 24-inch water main break near the interstate. It’s considered to be in an isolated area.
The City advises water being used for drinking, cooking, ice making, brushing teeth or washing dishes be boiled while the break is under repair.

Veterans Vietnam Memorial monument could be moved to Cape Coral
FORT MYERS, Fla. The Cape Coral City Council will discuss whether to move a memorial dedicated to Vietnam veterans at a meeting today, Dec 7, at 4:30 p.m.
The Southwest Florida Vietnam Veterans Memorial is dedicated to 80 veterans from Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties who lost their lives in the Vietnam War.
Currently standing on McGregor Boulevard at Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers, the memorial’s limited parking and accessibility is threatened by future road improvements and highway expansions.
The City of Cape Coral had previously designated an area near several monuments honoring America’s military as the “The Veterans Pavilion Memorial” located in Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve.

LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Five people were arrested Wednesday for the deadly Club Blu mass shooting in July 2016.
Tajze Battle, Derrick Church, Don Loggins, Demetrius O’Neal, and Kierra Russ are each facing two second-degree murder charges and a conspiracy to commit murder charge.
Detectives believe the group was part of the 1Way gang, who often feuded with the Bottom Boys gang, according to the arrest affidavit. Investigators think the five members of the group targeted the Teen Beach Party to specifically shoot members of the Bottom Boys gang.
However, two teens completely unrelated to either gang were shot and killed instead.
