Jacksonville police say a man was shot in a domestic dispute Saturday

A man identified by Jacksonville police as armed and dangerous following a predawn shooting Saturday was arrested a few hours after a man was gunned down during a domestic dispute. George Kenneth Litgen, 50,  is charged with attempted first-degree murder. He is accused of shooting a relative about 3:20 a.m. in the 3900 block of Bunnell Drive in the Windy Hills neighborhood, according to the Sheriff s Office. Litgen also is charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a felon and shooting or throwing a deadly missile into an occupied dwelling, Sheriff s Office inmate records showed. He was being held without bail at the Duval County jail, the records showed
