Now a fundraising campaign has been set up in her name to help other blood cancer sufferers. Jemima was in her first year of university, studying history at Goldsmiths in London, when she fell ill. “She was extraordinarily brave throughout the different treatments she faced,” her mum Julie said. “Even when she knew she didn’t have long to live, Jemima was determined to make the most of the time she had left.”

Waterford, Ireland / WLR Feb 12, 2021 9:38 PM Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after an unidentified man dressed in An Post clothing carried out an armed robbery outside a post office in Crumlin. The robbery took place outside An Post in Crumlin Village on Thursday at around 11.40am. The man, who was wearing a genuine An Post jacket, produced a firearm towards a cash-in-transit employee who was entering the post office at the time. He took a box with a large sum of cash before fleeing the scene on a bicycle. Gardaí said the man fled down Windmill Road, in the direction of the Kildare Road in Crumlin.

Shortly before midday on Thursday a man dressed in An Post clothes pulled a gun on a cash in transit worker who was carrying a box of money. This container was stolen, and the man fled - however the box was equipped with green dye, which was triggered. Following this the man left on a bike on Windmill Road in the direction of the Kildare Road. Gardai are asking anyone who witnessed the robbery, or who has come across dyed bank notes to come forward.
