NI green list countries: Coronavirus testing requirements for travel Jane Corscadden
It’s been a difficult year for us all, and many are now looking forward to a break abroad to brighten up the mood. The Northern Ireland Executive recently announced a traffic light system for international travel, which places country into red, amber, or green lists depending on the level of coronavirus risk attached with travelling to the location.
There are currently 12 countries on Northern Ireland’s ‘green list’, and you can travel to these countries without the need to self-isolate when you return home.
Portugal is currently the only country on this list you can fly to directly from both Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport.
