Kyle Freeland said all the boxes were checked on Thursday night at Isotopes Park.
And not just for him.
The Colorado Rockies starter making his second rehab start for the Triple-A Isotopes cruised through six innings of smooth, pain-free pitching, the Rockies saw what they needed to for an expected return to the big leagues and the home team beat the visiting Oklahoma City Dodgers 8-4 for their first back-to-back wins of the young season.
