Set nearly a decade after the original Nickelodeon series takes place, the Paramount+ revival picks back up with Carly Shay (Miranda Cosgrove) now that she’s reached adulthood. In addition to reviving her old web show, the series also finds Carly, her family, and friends attempting to navigate work, love, and life as they put on a revamped version of the show that turned her into the original influencer. Joining Cosgrove for the revival are original series stars Jerry Trainor and Nathan Kress, who will reprise their roles as Carly’s brother Spencer, and bestie Freddie Benson, respectively. The series also stars newcomers Laci Mosely, who will play Carly’s roommate, Harper, and Jaidyn Triplett, Freddie’s stepdaughter.
