Banned Gelligaer drink driver caught twice in 11 days

The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. On Sunday, May 30, the same car was found abandoned by police in Gelligaer, Caerphilly, after it had crashed into a lamppost.
