Doctors Have Reported an Extremely Rare Case of a Person Who Urinates Alcohol
5 APRIL 2021
A woman in Pittsburgh has become the first documented case in a living person of an unusual medical condition where alcohol naturally brews in the bladder from the fermentation of yeast.
The condition, which researchers propose to call either bladder fermentation syndrome or urinary auto-brewery syndrome , is similar to another incredibly rare condition, auto-brewery syndrome, where simply ingesting carbohydrates can be enough to make you inebriated, even without consuming any alcohol via regular means.
In the case, doctors became aware of what seems to be a related syndrome, after attending upon a 61-year-old patient who presented with liver damage and poorly controlled diabetes.
Melting Ice Sheets 14,600 Years Ago Caused Seas to Rise 10 Times Faster Than Today

Ice sheet melting at the end of the last ice age may have caused sea levels to rise at 10 times the current rate, a study published Thursday by a team led by scientists from Britain s Durham University said.
Based on geological records, the researchers estimate that oceans worldwide rose 3.6 meters (11.8 feet) per century over a 500-year period some 14,600 years ago.
The findings raise a red flag about the potential today for rapid sea-level rise that could swamp coastal cities and densely populated deltas around the world.

@AdamB Everything I present is based on fact. Like how 2005/2006 was when half of all of the world s recoverable oil has already been extracted. You are denying it because you are afraid of the unpleasent conclusions. I do find the conclusion of a fast, steep decline in oil extraction to be unpleasent, too, but I accept this fact despite the unpleasent conclusion that it will lead to a fast collapse. Like gasoline shortages causing cars to be undriveable , the airline industry permanently shutting down (due to lack of fuel), supermarkets no longer receiving deliveries and thus getting emptied of food and other essential supplies (due to supply chain failures and fuel shortages) and possibly even the electricity grid permanently going out (due to supply chain failures, lack of fuel for generating electricity, lack of maintenence of the grid, etc).

The operating result amounted to CHF 52.3 million (CHF 121.1 million) with an EBIT margin of 6.6% (12.9%). Following an already weaker trend in the sheet metal processing market in 2019, customer demand collapsed in the first half of the year due to the pandemic and the widespread lockdowns. On the production side, there were certain supply bottlenecks and the temporary shutdow
