Local restaurants and eateries are preparing for a busy Valentine s Day weekend ahead.

Love, or at least flavor, is in the air at the Annex Kitchen in northwest Fresno.
The restaurant is serving up spaghetti with lobster, Calabrian chili butter and lemon. It s one of the specials being offered this weekend. I m excited for this week and Valentine s Day week because restaurants are open. A few weeks ago, maybe a month ago, we thought we were going to be doing takeout only, said Jimmy Pardini. So I m excited to do what we do, cook and provide hospitality.
On the streets of the 1900s replica township you’ll find local food, craft drinks, theatre and markets. The boutique music festival includes two stages for performances by Bic Runga, Leisure, The Beths, There s A Tuesday, Wax Chattels, Ha the Unclear and more.

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (FOX19) - If you are planning to dine out for Valentineâs Day options are decreasing with each passing minute.
Over at the Cozyâs Cafe, the general manager says reservations have been filling up much quicker this year than in years past.
âValentineâs Day always books a little later,â General Manager Matt Allen said. âBooks the week of, books a little before then, even the day of. Just because men typically procrastinate a little longer than women, so we always get that. This year though, weâve seen Saturday fill up already. We still have a few spots open.â
