WHISTLING WOODS INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES DATES FOR THE THIRD ROUND OF ENTRANCE EXAM DATES FOR AUGUST 2021 INTAKE

Share Mumbai: Whistling Woods International (WWI), Asia’s premier Film, Communication, and Creative Arts institute, has announced the dates for the third round of entrance examinations for its August 2021 intake. WWI is accepting applications from film and media aspirants for its full-time degree, post-graduate and diploma courses for Filmmaking, Acting, Animation & Game Design, Media & Communication, Fashion Design, Music, Visual Communication Design and Event Management. The last date to register for the entrance exam is May 24, 2021. Following the registration, entrance exams are scheduled to take place on May 26-29, 2021. The entrance examinations are for the following programmes: BSc/BA in Filmmaking with specialisations (Cinematography, Direction, Editing, Producing, Production Design, Sound Recording & Design and VFX); MA in Filmmaking with specialisations (Cinematography, Direction, Editing, Producing, Production Design, Sound Recording & Design and VFX); BA in Screenwri

A gifted korowai and family from Australia among highlights for graduates

Harry Weise (l), Karlos Tui, Olivia Mellor-Killalea and Pita Tonga were excited to graduate in 2021. Beginning a whānau tradition with a korowai and having family arrive from Australia with the opening of the travel bubble the day before graduation, were just some of the extra special moments for the nearly 800 graduates who celebrated in Wellington on Tuesday. For some, the wait for graduation had been extra-long after choosing to defer last year because of the first Covid-19 lockdown. That was the case for four friends who were due to graduate in 2020: Harry Weise - Third Class Honours with a major in Visual Communication Design, Karlos Tui - Bachelor of Design, Olivia Mellor-Killalea - Honours with a Major in Visual Communication Design and Pita Tonga - Second Class Honours, with a major in Visual Communication Design.
